SAW welding station

As shown above,the whole submerged arc welding station mainly consists of the following parts: 

1. Head position changer; 2. Cantilever welding operation machine; 3. Roller frame; 4. Inner mobile lifting platform; 5. External fixing Lifting platform; 6, head and tail seat self-centering clamping tooling; 7, auxiliary parts such as internal ladders.

The equipment is mainly used for welding vessles. Through the rotation of the positioner, all the welding work can be operated at the optimal position, thereby improving the production efficiency, ensuring the welding quality and reducing worker labor intensity.
